国家助学贷款实施中存在的问题及解决对策

首先对我国助学贷款的现状进行分析,指出政府支持力度不够、社会信用环境较差、银行开发不到位、学校桥梁作用没有完全发挥、学生个人缺乏信用观念等问题,从政府、社会、银行、学校、个人五方面入手,提出了相应的对策：政府应加大法律、技术、制度等物质保障力度,完善社会信用体系;学校应加强学生诚信教育、做好助学贷款管理的工作;银行应降低借贷门槛、建立“助学贷款工作网络”;个人应树立新型消费观念、努力做到诚实守信。

The problems and stratages in the implementation of national students' loan project

This paper first analyzes the status of the national students' loan project, indicates the problems like lack of government support, bad atmosphere of social credit environment, inefficiency of bank developments as well as the role of universities, and scarcity of individual credit views among students, then presents solutions respectively, namely that the governments ought to aggrandize the effect of matter assurance such as laws, technology, systems and etc, improve the social credit system, while universities shall inculcate students on credit and govern the loan carefully. At the same time banks shall make the loan easy for the poor families, setup "student aid loan net", students also shall improve their credit views and keep their words.
