不同抗白叶枯病型水稻品种过氧化物酶同工酶的变化

摘    要:本文用电泳法比较了成株抗性、全生育期抗性和感病水稻品种过氧化物酶同工酶模式的差异,以及这些品种在人工剪叶接种条件下酶带的变化。结果表明:对白叶枯病不同反应类型的水稻品种健叶组织内过氧化物酶同工酶酶带存在明显差异。同时,人工剪叶接种能引起叶组织内过氧化化物酶同工酶的变化,但变化的主要原因可能不是白叶枯病病菌的侵染所造成,而是剪叶对叶片的伤害所致。

Abstract:The studies were made by polyacryiamide gel electrophoresis on the difference of the peroxidase isozymes between the adult-plant-resistant,all-growthstage-resistant and susceptible cultivars, and the change of the bands of the isozymes before and after the inoculation by clipping.The results indicated that the mode of the Peroxidase isozymes between the adult-plant-resistant, all-growth-stage-resistant and susceptible cultivars was clearly different. Meanwhile, the inoculation treatment by clipping can cause he change of the peroxidase isozymes of the inoculated leaves, but it was the cut, not the pathogen, that resulted in the change.
