| 摘 要： | 为准确诊断发病鸡群的发病情况.对检测样本进行流行病学和血清学调查、病理组织学观察以及基于马立克氏病毒1型(MDV-1)长独特区内部重复序列132bpr基因合成特异性引物,扩增MDV-1的该重复序列.结果表明:该免疫鸡群受到了MDV强毒攻击,发生了马立克氏病. |

| Abstract: | In order to make confirmed diagnosis of the infected chickens,the samples were examined through epidemiological and serological investigation and histological examination.And 132 bpr gene of MDV-1 as specific primer was synthesized for PCR amplification.The results indicated that the immunized chicken flocks were infected by highly virulent MDV. |
