壳聚糖辅助下火炬树修复铅污染土壤潜力及其生长

摘    要:采用盆栽试验研究了火炬树(Rhus typhina)在土壤铅浓度分别为9001、200、1 800mg/kg,壳聚糖浓度分别为0、2.5、57、.5 mmol/kg时的生长及其修复能力。结果表明:不同浓度的铅处理对火炬树出苗率、苗高和地茎的生长均造成了抑制,并随着土壤铅浓度的增加抑制作用增大。在有壳聚糖辅助下,对苗高和地茎的抑制效果更强。不同土壤铅浓度间,火炬树体内铅的积累量随土壤铅含量的增加而显著的增加;相同土壤铅浓度间,火炬树体内铅的积累量随壳聚糖含量的增加而增加。在土壤铅浓度为1 800 mg/kg,壳聚糖浓度为7.5 mmol/kg时,火炬树地上部分对铅的积累量最大,达到339.6μg/g。而铅积累总量在土壤铅浓度为1 200 mg/kg,壳聚糖浓度为5 mmol/kg时达到最大,约为1 109.97μg/株,火炬树能正常生长,积累效果最理想。
