隐性核不育群体硫甙含量不稳定性及降低技术研究

摘    要:研究表明:隐性核不育材料不育株子代的硫甙含量受不育株(A)和可育株(B)遗传基因的共同影响,但硫甙性状为母体遗传,B株硫甙含量的遗传基因在A株当代上表现不出来,从而使隐性核不育材料硫甙含量不易稳定。本试验采取A株和B株配对测交同时进行硫甙分析选择、套袋自交的低硫B株分离测交以及隔繁群体连续低硫定向选择的方法,使油研七号不育亲本种子的硫甙含量从原来的30μmol/g以上降低到17μmol/g左右。

Abstract:The glucosinolate content of sterile filial generation with recessive GMS is affected by both of genetic genes of sterile plant (A) and fertile plant (B),but the glucosinolate character is of maternal inheritance,so the glucosinolate gene of B line don't express on A line at the present generation,which causes the glucosinolate content of A line to be unstable.The glucosinolate content of the sterile parent of Youyan 7 is reduced from 30μmol/g to 17μmol/g by means of paired testcrossing of A and B lines,analysis of glucosinolate content,separation and testcrossing of selfing B line with a lower glucosinolate content and directive selection from population reproduction.
