| 摘 要： | 将自然感染的藏仔猪12头随机分为2组,第一组用阿维菌系注射液治疗,第二组用盐酸左旋咪唑治疗作为对照。结果表明,注射阿维菌素试验藏仔猪用约5d后对线虫虫卵减少率为84.6%,10d后对线虫虫卵减少率为100%;注射左旋咪唑试验组用药5d后对线虫虫卵减少率为83.7%,10d后对线虫虫卵减少率为98.0%。二者差异不显著(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | Twelve Tibetan piglets which were naturally infected with nematodes were divided into 2 groups.Group 1 were treated with Avermectin,and group 2 were treated with Levamisole as the control.The results showed that after 10 days the eggs of nematodes in piglets injected with Avermectin decreased by 100%,while it treated with Levamisole decreased by 98% There was no remarkable difference between the two treatments (P>0.05).It suggests that Avermectin has strong effects on driving nematodes in Tibet swine. |
