不同育苗基质对洋葱幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:采用5种基质进行洋葱育苗,结果表明,采用岩棉、蛭石草炭(V∶V=1∶1)、河沙、珍珠岩加菇渣(V∶V=1∶1)和土壤栽培的洋葱发芽率分别为67.7%,88.6%,81.7%,86.3%,81.2%;发芽势分别为63.4%,82.3%,72.0%,76.7%,56.7%;从壮苗指数看,蛭石草炭、河沙和珍珠岩加菇渣均高于土培和岩棉水培;根系活力以蛭石草炭为最高,其次为岩棉水培,土培最低;植株干物质积累量与基质养分含量呈正相关。

Abstract:Effect of five kind of substrate on onion seedlings was studied.The results showed that:rock wool,vermiculite and peat(V:V = 1:1),sand,perlite plus mushroom residue(V:V = 1:1) and soil cultivation onion germination rates were 67.7%,88.6%,81.7%,86.3%,81.2%,potentiality were,63.4%,82.3%,72%,76.7%,56.7%,respectively;from strong sprout index of view,vermiculite,peat,river sand and perlite added mushroom residue was higher than the soil culture and hydroponic rock wool;vermiculite and peat root activity were the highest,followed by rock wool hydroponic culture,soil culture minimum;plant dry matter accumulation and nutrient content in a positive correlation matrix.
