| 摘 要： | 本文研究了成年绵羊皮肤成纤维细胞的分离、培养、纯化、冷冻和生长特征。对比了组织块培养和消化培养两种培养方法。根据上皮细胞与成纤维细胞对酶消化敏感性不同及二者贴壁速度的差异,将成纤维细胞分离纯化,建立成年绵羊皮肤成纤维细胞系。

| Abstract: | The isolation,culture,purifying,freezing and growth characteristics of adult sheep skin fibroblasts were studied.The explant tissue culture was compared with the typsin digestion culture.Fibroblast line was established through isolation and purifying,which depends on the different biological characteristics. |
