兔大型艾美耳球虫的致病性、临床及病理组织学研究

利用光镜对大型艾美耳球虫感染与周龄无球虫兔致病性进行了研究。实验兔在不同剂量组及天数下扑杀,取材并观察。结果表明,病兔出现厌食、体重下降、腹泻,严重时有血便等临床症状。10~5,10~6卵囊组4～8 d 体重下降很明显,并有死亡。各症状从感染后第4 d 开始出现,第9 d 开始恢复。潜在期的为6～8 d。组织学可见 E.magna 主要寄生在空肠后段,回肠及盲肠尖部。绒毛受到不同程度的破坏,隐窝不同程度的拉长。10~5,10~6卵囊组5～9 d 时绒毛部分剥脱,隐窝暴露。这些变化同时伴有不同程度的水肿、充血、出血及炎性细胞浸润。肝脏有不同程度的颗粒变性。感染后11 d 绒毛开始恢复,19 d 时基本正常。

The Studies on Pathogenesis,Clinic and Histology of Eimeria Magna
