东祁连山喜马拉雅旱獭生境的选择

摘    要:在甘肃天祝县抓喜秀龙乡对喜马拉雅旱獭(简称旱獭)生境的选择进行了研究.通过对旱獭洞穴与各种生态因子的主成分分析,结果表明:3个特征值(地理因子,人为干扰因子、植被因子)的累计贡献率为68.80%,可以较好地反映旱獭生境的特征,根据3个主成分中载荷系数绝对值的大小可以判断影响旱獭生境选择的主要生态因子是海拔、坡度、纬度等地理因子,同时草高、地上生物量等与地理因子又具有协同效应;人为干扰距离、距公路距离等人类活动因子是次要因子;盖度等植被因子对旱獭的生境选择也具有一定影响.

Abstract:Habitat selection by Marmota himalayana in the Zhuaxixiulong valley,Tianzhu county of Gansu Province was studied.In Marmota himalayana distributing areas,48 hm2 sites were selected.Through the principal component analysis,Marmota himalayana den as a main factor with other relational ecological factors were measured.The results showed that three principal components(geographical factors,human interference factors and vegetation factors) explained 68.80 % of the total variance among all habitat variables.According to the absolute value of the loading coefficient in the three principal components,the main ecological factors influencing on habitat selection of Marmota himalayana were geographical factors elevation,slope gradient,longitude and so on.Vegetation height and above ground biomass had synergistic effect with geographical factors.Human activity factors,such as the distance away from human interference,the distance away from roads and so on,were secondary factors.And also vetgtation coverage influenced on the habitat selection of Marmota himalayana to a certain degree.
