| 摘 要： | 随着短信平台的日益发展，短信提醒已成为工作与生活中不可或缺的一部分。会议通知，事宜安排提醒，银行卡关联提醒对于人们来说既方便又快捷，而且节约了资源。本短信提醒平台与科技申报项目管理系统的结合，可以完善管理系统的不足，可以达到管理系统与申报单位，审批单位，申报人的实时互动。 |
