苹果多糖除杂脱色工艺的筛选

摘    要:以苹果渣为原料从中提取多糖,并对多糖进行脱蛋白和脱色处理。结果表明:TCA法沉淀两次脱蛋白效果最佳,脱蛋白率达23.87%,多糖损失率仅为0.40%;而脱色则以透析法的效果最好,多糖呈灰白色,多糖液透光率提高了20.70%。

Abstract:Technologies of removing proteins and pigments from polysaccharides extracted from apple ponace were studied.The results showed that the method of TCA,repeating 2 times was the best for removing proteins,the rate of deproteinization reached 23.87% while the rate of polysaccharide losing was only 0.40%.The dialysis was an optimal method for removing pigments,the light transmission rate of the solution was increased by 20.70% higher.
