抗菌肽Shiva A基因导入杂交水稻恢复系明恢63的初步研究

摘    要:利用农杆菌介导法将抗菌肽Shiva A 基因导入杂交水稻恢复系明恢63 成熟胚诱导的愈伤组织中,并再生植株。经PCR检测分析证明Shiva A 基因已整合到再生植株的基因组中。

Abstract:The antibacterial polypeptide Shiva A genes have been transferred into calli induced from mature embryos of restorer line Minhui 63 of hybrid rice via Agrobacterium mediated gene transformation system and the transgenic plants were obtained.Integration of Shiva A genes into the genomes of transgenic plants was confirmed by PCR assay.
