微波提取珙桐叶黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交试验方法,确立了微波法提取珙桐黄酮的工艺条件。结果表明,最优提取条件:乙醇浓度70%,提取时间4min,固液比1:30(g/ml),黄酮产率为3.306%。

Abstract:The extraction technology of flavonoid in Davidia involucrate Baill by microwave was studied with an orthogonal test.The results showed that the extracting condition of good yield of flavonoid was 70% ethanol solution for 4 min with the solid-1iquid ratio 1:30(g/ml)and the productivity was 3.306%.
