| 摘 要： | 中国天然橡胶种植业是需要政府提供补贴的基础产业，如何提高财政补贴的投入效率，什么样的补贴才能更符合WTO相关规定，是补贴政策制订的要点。研究结论表明，中国天然橡胶种植业进行绿色补贴恰能符合此两点要求。

| Abstract: | Natural rubber plantations in China need government subsidies to motivate varied owners to take measures like intercropping to avoid the negative impact of soil erosion and biodiversity decline. What kind of subsidy can be more in line with the relevant provisions of WTO. How to improve the efficiency of financial subsidies is discussed. Research findings show that the green subsidies are the best choice for natural rubber plantations in China. |
