蒜芥茄种子催芽技术研究

摘    要:蒜芥茄(Solanum sisymbriifolium)是广西重要的番茄嫁接栽培用砧木。通过种子前处理及发芽试验探讨打破种子休眠的方法,筛选蒜芥茄种子催芽处理的最适组合。结果表明,低温及赤霉素(GA3)能解除种子休眠;低温诱导60 d 为最佳处理;30 ℃ 16 h/20 ℃ 8 h 变温条件下GA3 浓度200 mg·L-1,30 ℃恒温条件下GA3 浓度600 mg·L-1 较有利于蒜芥茄种子发芽;自然发酵方式采收的种子比未发酵直接采收的种子更易于催芽。

Abstract:Solanum sisymbriifolium is an important rootstock for tomato grafting cultivation in Guangxi.This paper carried out seed pretreatment and germination test,and probed into the method of breaking seed dormancy,and screening out the optimal combination of germination treatment for Solanum sisymbriifolium seed.The results showed that low temperature and GA3 treatment could relieve seed dormancy.Low temperature induction for 60 days was the best treatment.200 mg·L-1 GA3 concentration under varying temperature as 30 ℃ for 16 h/20 ℃ for 8 h;and 600 mg·L-1 GA3 concentration under 30 ℃ constant temperature were more favorable for germination of Solanum sisymbriifolium seed.Seeds harvested by natural fermentation are easier to germinate than that harvested directly without fermentation.
