| Abstract: | In previous papers (1–5), it was concluded that among the many organic acids produced in the mixed culture of R. capsulatus with ether heterotrophic bacteria, especially pyruvic acid is a hydrogen donor for the nitrogen fixation by R. capsulatus. All previous experiments were dove under a light condition. In this paper, the nitrogen fixation under a dank conditien is presented, and the difference between light and dark condition is discussed. |
