摘    要:桂子芋1 号是以贺州红芽芋为材料,通过茎尖组织培养产生变异,从中筛选出符合育种目标的优良变异单株HY-3,经离体快繁、种植观察、筛选培育而成的粉香型多子芋新品种。全生育期180~200 d(天),中晚熟,株高110~140 cm,叶片绿色、心形,叶长52~58 cm,叶宽46~52 cm;母芋圆球形,子孙芋卵圆形,单株子孙芋数量14~24 个,单株子孙芋产量600~700 g;淀粉含量198 g · kg-1,蛋白质29.2 g · kg-1,口感细腻柔和,粉糯可口,香味浓郁,菜粮兼宜。对疫病和软腐病的田间抗性强于对照贺州红芽芋,每667 m2 水田产量1 600~1 800 kg,旱地产量1 400~1 600 kg,适合广西及周边地区推广种植。

Abstract:‘Guiziyu No.1’ is a new multi-cormel of taro variety(Colocasia esculenta Schott),developedthrough in vitro rapid propagation,planting observation and cultivation from a fine bud mutation individualplantlet‘ HY-3’ screened from field plantlets of‘ Hezhouhongyayu’ from Guangxi Zhuang autonomousregion.The entire growth duration of this variety is 180-200 days.It is of middle-late maturity.Its plantheight is 110-140 cm.Its leaf is green in color and of heart shape.The leaf is 52-58 cm in length and 46-52 cmin width.The mother taro is of round shape.Each plant has 14-24 elliptical cormels which weigh 600-700 g.The starch content is 198 g · kg-1,protein content is 29.2 g · kg-1.It tastes delicate with aromatic flavor,In thefields,its resistance to epidemic disease and soft rot is stronger than that of the contrast‘ Hezhouhongyayu’.Itcan yield 24-27 t · hm-2 in paddy fields and 21-24 t · hm-2 in dry land.It is suitable for extension and cultivationin Guangxi Zhuang Nationality Autonomous Region and surrounding areas.
