摘    要:为了全面、准确地评价四川省主栽辣椒品种对疫病的抗性水平,采用室内苗期接种(6~8 片真叶期)、移栽大田后接种(分枝期)和病圃试验(结果期)3 种方法对四川省主栽的56 个辣椒品种进行疫病抗性鉴定。结果表明,5 个辣椒品种采用3 种鉴定方法均对疫病具有抗性,18 个品种均表现为感病,其余品种由于接种时期和栽培环境不同抗性类型发生变化;相关性分析结果表明,室内苗期人工接种能更准确地反映辣椒在田间的真实抗性水平。

Abstract:Fifty-six major commercial capsicum cultivars in Sichuan Province were evaluated for their resistance to Phytophthora capsici by three methods,including seedling artificial inoculation(6~8 leaf stage),inoculation after transplanting to field(branching stage)and disease nursery trials(fruiting stage).The results showed that 5 varieties were identified as resistant to disease and 18 varieties as susceptible to P.capsici-induced root rot.The resistance types of the rest varieties were shifted due to the different inoculation period and cultivation environment.The results of correlation analysis indicated that the method of indoor seedling inoculation would represent more precisely the true level of pepper resistance in the fields.
