我国林改后农户商品林采伐权配置方式影响因素的案例研究——基于7县（市）21个村的调研数据

在借鉴产权选择及制度变迁理论的基础上，基于7县（市）21个村的调研数据，通过案例分析探讨影响采伐权配置方式的因素，并为制度变迁及产权选择理论的验证提供实证。研究发现，林改的主体改革方式及林改历史背景对农户采伐权的配置具有直接影响但并非最重要因素，制度制定者或执行者的立场、观念是解释不同地区农户采伐权配置差异最重要的因素。

Empirical Study of Influencing Factors on Farmers' Harvesting Right Allocation After Collective Forest Tenure Reform:Based on An Investigation Among 7 Counties and 21 Villages

Based on the theory of property rights and institutional change, the article tries to find the answer to the question that which factors influence on farmers' harvesting right allocation by village investigation. The answers provide the empirical basis for the theory of property right and institutional change. The result shows that the main body reform and background of collective forest tenure reform have direct but not the most important influence on harvesting rights allocation. The value and position of institution builders can explain the differences that others cannot explain.
