摘要:采用环氧树脂胶黏剂,配以打磨、偶联剂涂覆、等离子体处理3种表面处理方法,对聚乙烯木塑复合材料进行胶接;利用纵向共振法研究了胶接接头无损检测中的动态参数与胶接强度之间的相关关系。结果表明:无论采用何种表面处理方法,其共振频率与胶接强度之间均没有相关性;打磨处理的试件,其胶接前后的共振频率之比与胶接强度有着一定的相关关系;硅烷偶联剂涂覆处理的试件,无论胶接后的动态弹性模量,还是胶接前后的动态弹性模量之比,均与胶接强度有着显著的相关性,且其相关性明显优于打磨处理的试件;等离子体处理试件的动态参数与胶接性能的相关性均不显著。

Abstract:The epoxy resin adhesive was used to bond the polyethylene wood plastic composites (WPC) combined with three treatment methods, including sanding treatment, coupling agent coating and plasma treatment. The correlations between dynamic parameters and shear strength in non destructive testing for the WPC adhesive joints were measured with the longitudinal vibration method. The results showed that there was no correlation between resonant frequency and the shear strength of the WPC specimens regardless of surface treatment methods. The ratio of resonance frequency before and after bonding had a certain correlation with the bonding strength for the WPC specimens only treated with sanding process. Both dynamic modulus of elasticity and dynamic modulus of elasticity ratio had significant correlations with the shear strength for the WPC specimens coating treated with silane coupling agent, which was better than that for the WPC specimens only treated with sanding process. The dynamic parameters had no obvious correlation with the shear strength for the WPC specimens treated with plasma treatment.
