| 摘 要： | 本文从生态林业的角度出发 ,结合黑河流域中游地区生态环境的现状 ,分析了黑河中游地区的植被、水资源、土壤等的类型和该区域荒漠化的成因 ,阐述了生态林业与国民经济可持续发展的关系 ,从生态林业和林业产业体系建设等方面提出了黑河流域中游地区生态环境综合治理中生态林业建设的主要对策。

| Abstract: | According to the present ecology environment condition ,the vegetation, the water resources and the soil in this region, the reasons of desertification were analynied . The relationships between the ecology forestry and the sustainable development were presented.From the angle of ecological forestry system and the of forestry industry system, some suggestions of protecting ecological environment were put forward to provide scientic ,reasonable means for the govement to make decision. |
