土霉素菌种的自然分离 纯化及鉴定

摘    要:以土霉素产生菌龟裂链霉菌(Streptomycesrimosus)D-7号为出发菌株,经自然分离,纯化处理后,再经摇瓶初筛、复筛获得高效价菌株10号,其摇瓶效价提高12.6%。经传代实验表明,该高产菌株遗传性能较为稳定。在15m罐上生产试验,与出发菌株相比,发酵效价提高7.18%,发酵总亿提高5.48%。3

Abstract:strain D-7# was used as the starting, and treated with natural separation and purification to obtain a high yielding oxytetracyclin producing Streptomyces rimosus 10#, the fermentation potency of strain 10# in shaking flask increased 12.6% as compared with that of initial strain D-7#. its genetic quality was proved stable by experiments. The fermentation potency of strain 10# in fermentor increased 7.18% as compared with that of initial strain D-7#, and its total production level was about 5.48 % higher than that of the initial strain.
