摘    要:利用CYB-809A拖拉机及农具性能综合测试仪实测不同机组前进速度在联合整地机全作业下的油耗和牵引力,分析不同机组前进速度与油耗和牵引力曲线关系和分别对其中两者曲线关系中变量有效项进行方差分析,确定曲线关系中有效变量,拟合出全作业变量与油耗和牵引力回归方程,构建全作业下油耗和牵引力估算模型,并对估算模型进行相对误差验证,结果表明,误差均在合理范围内,因此能够有效地进行油耗和牵引力估算。

Abstract:The variance analysis had conduced and confirmed the valid of items by the data of fuel consumption and traction power for 1ZQHF-350/5 combined cultivating machine with CYB-809A type flexibility tester for traction and agriculture machine. In the same time, the regression equations had generated between fuel consumption and traction power and working unit speeds. The results of the relative error between real value and the estimated value showed that the relative error was rational, and the prediction models were able to estimate the value of fuel consumption and traction power.
