小麦细菌条斑病的研究 Ⅰ.病原鉴定

摘    要:1979—1983年作者从感病的甘春11号小麦的叶片、茎秆、颍壳及枯心苗上分离到10个菌株。通过培养性状、形态及染色反应以及10个菌株的生理生化性状、血清学反应和致病性测定,确定小麦细菌条斑病的病原菌为Xanthomonastranslucens(J.J.&.R.)Dows;人工接种可侵染小麦、大麦、黑麦,及燕麦草,但不侵染燕麦。鉴定结果所有供试菌株的主要性状是一致的,与已往文献记载的小麦黑颍病原(Xanthomonastranslucensf.SP.undulosa)基本相同。


Identification of the Pathogen Causing Bacterial Streak of Wheat
Abstract:Bacterial streak of wheat has a widespread occurrence in Hexi region of Gansu Province, and it is regarded as one of the major diseases which leads to wheat yield losses.In the years from 1979 to 1983, the writer has made experiment and ten strains were isolated from leaves, stems, chaffs and seedlings of wheat variety Gansu Spring Ⅱ infected.Results of the experiment including morphology, stained reactions, serological reactions and pathogenicity confirmed that the pathogen of Bacterial streak of wheat is Xanthomonas translucens(J.J.& R.) Dows.Artificial inoculation test showed that wheat barley, rye and oat grass may be infected, but oat not.It has been proved by identification that major characters of all strains which used as experimental materials arc coincident, yet the fundamental character is the same as compared with the pathogen of wheat black chaff recorded by past literature.
