摘    要:秸秆等生物质价格低廉、资源丰富,利用其作原料生产有机酸既能降低成本,又可保护环境.本文主要对厌氧活性污泥产有机酸的间歇产酸条件进行研究和优化.该实验用经稀硫酸预处理后的秸秆结合活性污泥进行厌氧发酵产酸,分别针对温度、底物浓度、pH和氮源对产酸的影响进行研究.

Abstract:The biomass like straw is an abundant and economical material,so it can reduce cost to use it as raw material for producing organic acid and it is also environment-friendly.The intermittent acid producing conditions of organic acid produced from anaerobic active sludge are researched and optimized.In the experiment,the straw pretreated using dilute sulfuric acid is used with active sludge to produce acid through anaerobic fermentation.The effect of temperature,substrate concentration,pH and nitrogen source on acid production is studied respectively.
