| 摘 要： | 以德治馆,依法治馆是当前图书馆工作的指导方针,而图书馆法制建设的相对滞后已经严重影响到图书馆事业的发展.本文从图书馆工作的角度出发,提出正确地认识图书馆工作中有可能出现的各种法律问题,可以规避法律纠纷,更好地利用法律,依法治馆.

| Abstract: | Managing library according to law and morality is currently the guiding principle of library work.However,the relative backwardness of library legal system construction has seriously restricted the development of library career.Based on the work of library,this paper has put forward some legal issues in it,which must be treated correctly in order to avoid legal dispute and managing library according to laws. |
