| 摘 要： | 动物福利准则是近几年来许多发达国家新设定的贸易壁垒。我国畜牧业要实现可持续发展,既要处 理好动物生产与人类健康,环境保护三者之间的关系,同时还要尽快与国际接轨,减少贸易摩擦。文章论述了 我国实施动物福利制度的迫切性和重要性,分析了目前畜牧业涉及动物福利存在的主要问题,并据此从立法、 畜牧业安全生产环境建设、饲料安全等方面提出改进动物福利的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Animal welfare rule is vallum instituted by developed country, which is adapt to stockbreeder marketing. To realize its sustainable development, the relationships of animal production, human health and environmental protection should be harmonized, and juncted to the internation, reduce the trade friction. This paper illustrated the impendence and significance of implementing animal welfare rule, analyzed the main problems of stockbreeding on animal welfare, and through legislation,safety and produced environmental construction. |
