细叶百合的形态特征比较研究

研究结果表明,栽培条件下细叶百合1年生实生苗不抽茎,只长基生叶,2年生细叶百合实生苗中分不抽茎、抽茎不开花和开花的三种情况。3年生和4年生细叶百合全部开花,且开花比例随栽培年龄增加而增大。叶数随着植株年龄的增加而增加,其4年生植株叶数较多,不同年龄植株的鳞片相差不多,以3年生植株稍多;单株花数与叶数类似,也随植株年龄的增加而增加;单果胚珠数和单果种子数2个指标都是3年生植株最高,而种子与胚珠的百分比,则又是随着年龄的增加而增加。通过组培苗、扦插苗、实生苗露地栽培试验比较,扦插苗的各项指标都最大,实生苗次之,组培苗最少。

Comparison Study on Morphological Character of Lilium pumilum DC

The results showed, under the conditions of cultivation, 1-year-Lilium pumilum seedling had leaf but had no stems,2-year-old Lilium pumilum seedling concerning three cases which had no stem, non-flowering stems and flowering, the 3-year-old and 4-year-old Lilium pumilum full flowering, flowering ratio and plant leaves increased with culture age,the 4-year-old plant have more leaves. Different ages plants have the scales number almost the same, in addition to 3-year-old plants have more scales; flowers and leaves every plant increased with plantage, 3-year-old plants have the highest ovule and seeds number every fruit, the percentage of seed and the ovule increased with age. Through comparison of tissue culture, cuttings and seedlings exposed to cultivation, the cuttings were the best,seedling followed,at least in vitro.
