文心兰高效再生体系研究

摘    要:以文心兰试管苗茎尖为外植体,对不同类型培养基诱导原球茎、增殖及分化成苗的效果进行了研究。结果表明,文心兰茎尖在MS+6-BA 6.00 mg/L+NAA 0.15 mg/L培养基上,1个月后就能诱导大量原球茎,培养基MS+6-BA 0.50 mg/L+NAA 0.15 mg/L+5%椰子水有利于芽的诱导,培养基1/2 MS+IBA 1.00 mg/L+10%椰子水有利于诱导生根。

Abstract:The different media were screened on the basis of their effects on the induction of protocorm-like body and bud,as well as regeneration and rooting of Oncidium seedlings.The results showed that protocorm-like body could be introduced from stem tip explants in the MS medium containing 6-BA(6.00 mg/L) NAA(0.15 mg/L) after one month and the medium MS 0.50 mg/L BA 0.15 mg/L NAA 5% coconut juice and 1/2 MS 1.00 mg/L IBA 10% coconut juice were suitable for bud regeneration and rooting,respectively.
