固始鸡脾脏内淋巴细胞自然凋亡的超微结构研究

为了探讨固始鸡脾脏内淋巴细胞自然凋亡的过程和超微结构的变化。应用透射电子显微镜技术,对固始鸡17日龄胚胎和4,19周龄固始鸡3组正常发育的脾脏内淋巴细胞自然凋亡的超微结构进行了研究。结果表明,脾脏内自然凋亡的淋巴细胞主要表现为细胞核的变化,其次是线粒体增多。核质凝集为新月形、C字形、圆环形、花瓣状等多种形态,凋亡细胞裂解为凋亡小体,最后被巨噬细胞吞噬;固始鸡胚胎和4,19周龄固始鸡脾脏内自然凋亡细胞有逐渐增加的趋势。由此可见,固始鸡脾脏内淋巴细胞存在着自然凋亡现象,凋亡细胞主要表现为细胞核的变化,其次是线粒体增多。

Study on ultrastructure of natural apoptotic lymphocytes in spleen of Gushi chickens

In order to study the apoptotic process and the ultrastructure changes of lymphocytes in spleen of Gushi chickens, the transmission electronic microscope technology was used in this experiment. The ultrastructure of natural apoptotic lymphocytes in spleen of 17-day embryo and 4-week and 19-week Gushi chickens were observed. The results showed that the natural apoptotic lymphocytes existed in spleen of Gushi chickens. The changes in apoptotic cells appeared most in nucleus and mitochondria proliferated secondly. The condensed chromatin and C-shaped nucleus and half-moon-shaped nucleus and petal-like nu- cleus and ring-shaped nucleus etc were observed. The apoptotic bodies were formed and swallowed and digested by macrophages. The apoptotic lymphocytes,in spleen of 17-day embryo and 4-week and 19-week chickens,were becoming more and more possibly. It can be concluded that there are natural apoptotic phe- nomena of lymphocytes in spleen of Gushi chickens. The main changes of apoptotic lymphocytes were in nucleus and mitochondria proliferated.
