| 摘 要： | 亚细胞蛋白质组是蛋白质组学研究的新领域,是目前研究疾病发病机理的有效手段,研究的主要内容包括亚细胞结构的分级分离、纯化以及蛋白质组分析,目前几乎所有的亚细胞结构的蛋白质组学研究都有报道.本文就快速发展的亚细胞蛋白质组学以及揭示的生物学意义作以综述.

| Abstract: | Subcellular proteomics is a new field in proteomic research which is also an effective method to find pathogenesis.The main tasks of subcellular proteomic research include fractionation,purification and proteomic analysis of sub-organelles.Recently,almost all of subcellular structure have been analyzed by proteomic method.The recent progress in this rapidly developing field and the biological insights derived from such studies were reviewed in this paper. |
