喜光花果挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:[目的]对喜光花(Actephila merrilliana)果挥发油的化学成分进行分析鉴定。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取喜光花果中的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析。[结果]共分离出52个成分,鉴定出32种化合物,占挥发油总量的74.97%。其主要化学成分为2,2-二甲基丙酸辛酯(8.530%)、2-甲基丙酸-2-乙基己酯(6.855%)、4-甲基-2-庚酮(4.329%)和1-乙氧基-4-甲基-2-戊酮(4.011%)等。[结论]为进一步开发利用喜光花提供科学依据。
