摘    要:本次研究以罗非鱼的血液、肌肉、肝脏为实验材料,采用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)为检测工具得出孔雀石绿(MG)与隐性孔雀石绿(LMG)72h内在罗非鱼体内的富集情况和短时间水浴(30min)后孔雀石绿和隐性孔雀石绿在罗非鱼体内的消除规律。

Abstract:This paper was focused on researching tilapia blood, muscle, liver as experimental material, using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the detection tools to identify the Enrichment of malachite green (MG) and the leuco-malachite green (LMG) in tilapia within 72 h, and after short-term water bath (30 min) the depletion of malachite green and malachite green in tilapia.
