青稞新品种柴青1号的选育及应用研究

目的]选育适应性强、高产、稳产、优质青稞新品种。方法]对现有品种肚里黄的变异株通过系统选育法获得性状稳定的优良株系,并进行品系鉴定试验和品比试验,于2005～2007年参加海西州和青海省区试及生产试验,对其特征特性进行测定。结果]2005～2006年参加海西州青稞生产试验,平均产量6547.9kg/hm^2,较对照肚里黄平均增产11.1%;2007年参加青海省青稞生产试验,6个试点平均产量6249.5kg/hm2,较第1对照北青6号平均增产49.2%,较第2对照肚里黄平均增产24.5%。柴青1号属中熟春性品种,全生育期131～135d,株高74.91～85.33cm,每穗粒数40.02～50.22粒、穗粒重1.84～2.60g、单株粒重4.46～5.58g及千粒重49.13～49.39g,蛋白质含量10.58%,耐旱、耐寒、耐湿、耐盐碱性中,抗病性良好。结论]该中熟青稞品种适宜在海拔2400～3400m、年均温0.2℃以上的中高位山旱地及柴达木盆地种植。
