车辆悬架系统物理模型的建立和平顺性试验

摘    要:利用相似理论建立了5t平头柴油车二自由度1 /4悬架系统的精确物理模型,在试验系统硬件和软件设计的基础上,对悬架模型进行了平顺性试验研究,并根据系统参数时变的特点,利用Fuzzy控制方法对系统进行控制并与传统的控制方法如PID的控制效果进行了比较;本文的研究为半主动悬架及其控制技术的进一步研究提供了一种简单可靠的思路。

Abstract:A strict physical model of semi active quarter coach suspension was founded based on the theories of resemblance .According to the characteristics of parameters time varying and time delay,a new intelligent control algorithm based on Fuzzy logic control techniques was presented and used to perform the online control of semi active suspension.The results of experiment of closed loop excited by three typical vibration signals showed that the Fuzzy control strategy can reduce the value of mean square root at vertical acceleration of semi active suspension system by 23%,25% or 18% lower in compared with the traditional control strategy such as PID.These researches on physical model testing and control strategy have provided a simple,reliable and low investment foundation for further investigation of this technique.
