| Abstract: | The paper has discussed the effect of information technology on university libraries under network environment in 3 respects: management,service and library manager,through introducing automation construction of library and service of net-work.It is necessary to integrate advanced information technology.Management and library service in order to thoroughly de-velop functions of education and information service in the library,enable library to become a senior developed site that con-centrates information and set up its service for teaching and studying in the university so as to render a better environment for scientific research. |
