干旱胁迫下DA-6浸种对大豆苗期叶片保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:以大豆品种东农49为试材,研究了干旱胁迫下不同浓度植物生长调节剂DA-6浸种对大豆苗期叶片保护酶活性的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,DA-6浸种降低了大豆苗期叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。表明DA-6浸种可提高大豆苗期叶片的抗逆性。其中,160~320mg·L-1的DA-6浸种处理浓度效果最好。

Abstract:The soybean variety Dongnong49 was used to study the effect ofdifferent concentrations of plant growth regulator DA-6 on protective enzyme activities in leaves of soybean seedlings under drought stress. The results showed that under drought stress, soaking the seeds in DA-6 reduced MDA content, and improved SOD, POD and CAT activities in soybean leaves. DA-6 could increase the resistance of soybean seedling leaves. Soaking seeds in DA-6 at the concentration 160-320 mg·L-1 had the most distinctive effect.
