摘    要:本文以潮土为研究对象,向土壤中添加脲酶抑制剂和生物炭,探讨抑制剂和生物炭不同施用方法对潮土活性氮排放的影响。结果表明,在100 g样土(干重)中,与添加尿素32.60 mg的处理相比,添加尿素32.60 mg+NBPT 0.07 mg的处理可以使NH3累计排放量减少33.33%,添加尿素32.60 mg+生物炭2.00 g的处理可以使NH3排放量显著增加133.33%;与尿素32.60 mg+生物炭2.00 g的处理相比,尿素32.60 mg+生物炭2.00 g+NBPT 0.07 mg的处理可使土壤NH3累积排放量减少47.25%。NH3排放通量与土壤铵态氮含量密切相关。在N2O排放方面,添加尿素32.60 mg+NBPT 0.07 mg的处理对N2O排放无显著影响。与添加尿素32.60 mg+生物炭2.00 g的处理相比,添加尿素32.60 mg+生物炭2.00 g+NBPT 0.07 mg的处理能使N2O累积排放量降低71.64...

Effects of biochar combined with urease inhibitors on soil active nitrogen emissions from fluvo aquic soil

Abstract:The effects of single and combined application of urease inhibitor and pig manure biochar on N2O and NH3 emissions in fluvo aquic soil were studied. The results showed that the addition of NBPT (UN) could reduce the cumulative emission of soil NH3 by 35.0% compared with urea treatment. The application of pig manure biochar (UB) significantly increased soil NH3 emission by 131.4%. Compared with UB, adding NBPT (UBN) on the basis of UB reduced the cumulative emission of soil NH3 by 47.6%. NH3 emission flux is closely related to soil NH4+-N content. In terms of N2O emission, UN had no effect on soil N2O emission without biochar application. Compared with UB, UBN can reduce soil N2O emission by 71.6%. In conclusion, applying NBPT to pig manure biochar added fluvo aquic soil is an effective way to reduce NH3 and N2O emissions.
