太子参多糖超声提取工艺优化

摘    要:通过单因子试验和正交试验,研究了太子参多糖超声提取最佳工艺。结果表明:超声波法提取太子参多糖的最佳工艺是料液比1∶40(g/mL),提取温度70℃,超声功率500 W,浸提次数4次,提取时间30 min。优化后的多糖提取得率为6.77%,是优化前的3.7倍。优化后的提取工艺简单高效、成本低、稳定性好,可作为太子参多糖提取的理想方法。

Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Condition for Polysaccharide from Radix pseudostellarial

Abstract:The optimum condition for ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharide from Radix pseudostellarial was studied. The factors affected polysaccharide yield of Radix pseudostellarial, including the extraction times , ultrasonic power, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature were optimized through a ombination of single factor and orthogonal design tests. The results showed that the extraction times, ultrasonic power, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature all had significant effects on the yield of polysaccharide. The extraction yield of the optimized polysaccharide was 6.77%, which was 3.7 times higher than that before optimization. The optimized extraction process was simple, efficient, low-cost and stable. It can be used as an ideal method for the extraction of Radix pseudostellarial polysaccharide.
