| 摘 要： | 本文比较了浙江中白猪和杜洛克猪染色体核仁组成区(Ag-NOR)。浙江中白猪和杜洛克猪Ag-NOR平均效分别为2.08和2.46,总频率0.520和0.618,猪种间差异极显著(P<0.01)。浙江中白猪公(2.08)母(2.08)间无差异,杜洛克猪公(2.55)母(2.40)间差异不显著(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | A comparison of the silver staining nucleolus organizer regions (Ag-NOR) in Zhejiang White Swine and Duroce was investigated. The means of (Ag-NOR) in Zhejiang White Swine and Duroce were 2. 08 and 2. 46. respectively, and the total frequencies were 0. 520 and 0. 618. The results demonstrated that the difference between the two species was very significant (P<0. 01), while there was no difference between the boars (2. 08) and sows (2. 08) of Zhejiang White Swine, and the difference between the Duroce's boars (2. 55) and sows (2. 40) was not significant (P>0. 05). |
