| 摘 要： | 地理空间数据内容繁杂且数据量庞大，建立地理空间元数据是对其进行管理及共享的有效、可行的方法。因而对地理空间元数据的定义、管理的困难进行了探讨，并以Arclnfo8为例对元数据的管理进行了论述。
