黄花忍冬果实中绿原酸的提取及含量测定

摘    要:用乙酸乙酯作溶剂,采用索氏提取法对黄花忍冬果实中绿原酸进行提取,高效液相色谱法对绿原酸进行检测和含量的测定。结果表明,该法对黄花忍冬果实中绿原酸的提取简单、快速;检测方法可行,含量测定准确。

Abstract:With acetic ether as solvent,the chlorogenic acid in Lonicera chrysantha's fruit was extracted with Soxhlet extraction.After the extraction,the determination was done with HPLC.The testing method was rapid,simple and the determination was accurate.
