冬小麦品种幼苗对水分胁迫的响应及其抗旱性

摘    要:在不同土壤干旱条件下,选择洛麦9133等4个在河南种植的冬小麦品种,测定幼苗叶水势、脯氨酸含量、膜透性以及叶片SOD、POD活性等指标。经综合评价,幼苗抗旱性为洛麦9133最强,济麦21和济麦20次之,兰考矮早8最弱。

Abstract:This paper deals with the response to water stress and drought resistance during seedling stage of Luomai9133,Lankaoaizao8,Jimai21 and Jimai20 in order to evaluate their ability of drought resistance.The results show that leaf water potential decreased with soil water decreasing,proline content,permeability of plasma membrane,SOD activity and POD activity increased with soil water decreasing.According to comprehensive evaluation,the sequence of drought resistance ability of four varieties is as follows: Luomai9133>Jimai20>Jimai21>Lankaoaizao8.
