| 摘 要： | 采用组织培养的方法建立了6种优良大樱桃砧木无性系，并对这些砧木的分化能力及生根情况进行了比较。从中发现虽然不同的砧木分化力有别，但却都能在同一培养基上分化，说明基因型相近的植物，在植物组织培养中要求的条件相同或相近。6种大樱桃砧木无性系的建立对樱桃生产及研究具有重要意义。
