摘    要:长江上游是我国滑坡泥石流灾害最为严重的地区之一,作为全国乃至全世界覆盖面最广、规模最大的山地灾害监控网络,长江上游水土保持重点防治区滑坡泥石流预警系统建成十几年来取得了巨大的成效.文章在分析现阶段长江上游各省(市)滑坡泥石流灾害和预警系统现状的基础上,指出当前预警系统除存在站点布设普遍偏少的问题外,就系统内部横向比较,部分灾情严重省份预警点数量明显不足,今后预警系统建设应进一步加强站点布设与规划.

Abstract:The upper Yangtze River basin is one especial region in China where landslide and debris flow is most serious. The prewarning system of landslide and debris flow in upper Yangtze River basin has acquired great progress since it had been set up in 1990s. On the basis of analysis of the actuality of the landslide and debris flow and the prewarning system in each province, this paper pointed that the site quantity in the whole system is too small,which is one common question that the prewarning system exist, as well as site quantity in some disaster serious provinces is absence. In later system construction, increasing site amount and reasonable planning should be considered.
