用未授粉胚珠获得甜菜纯合株系的技术研究

摘    要:本文报导了用甜菜未授粉胚珠为试材进行接种诱导、诱导组织的分化与继代培养及根系诱导培养等试验结果:平均接种诱导率为2.09%、诱导组织分化率为51.4%、生根率为65%,单倍体加倍为纯合二倍体加倍纯化率为24%,试验先后获得了31个纯合株系,开辟了对试管植株通过光温诱导方法获得纯合株系种子的新途径。

Abstract:The experimental results was reported which of unpollinated ovules in sugarbeet wereinoculated,induced,differentiating cuIture and rooting induced.It is 2.09%of average induc-ing rate and 51.4%of differentiating rate. The rate of rooting is above 65%diploid can beobtained with doubling of chromosome of haploid(purified rate of doubling 24%).More than3l pure-lines obtained.A new way for pure-lines seed formation by photoinduction.
