| 摘 要： | 本文报导了用甜菜未授粉胚珠为试材进行接种诱导、诱导组织的分化与继代培养及根系诱导培养等试验结果：平均接种诱导率为２．０９％、诱导组织分化率为５１．４％、生根率为６５％，单倍体加倍为纯合二倍体加倍纯化率为２４％，试验先后获得了３１个纯合株系，开辟了对试管植株通过光温诱导方法获得纯合株系种子的新途径。

| Abstract: | The experimental results was reported which of unpollinated ovules in sugarbeet wereinoculated,induced,differentiating cuIture and rooting induced.It is 2.09%of average induc-ing rate and 51.4%of differentiating rate. The rate of rooting is above 65%diploid can beobtained with doubling of chromosome of haploid(purified rate of doubling 24%).More than3l pure-lines obtained.A new way for pure-lines seed formation by photoinduction. |
