摘    要:柴油机燃烧过程直接决定了柴油机的动力性、经济性和排放性能,而燃油雾化的质量又是影响燃烧过程最重要的因素。该文研究了生物柴油及其调和油的雾化特性,在模拟气缸中,运用相位多普勒粒子分析仪(phase Doppler particle analyzer,PDPA)测量系统对生物柴油及矿物柴油不同比例调和油的喷雾场进行了测量,得到了喷雾场中油滴的速度矢量和油滴直径。结果表明:在油束的核心区过后,喷孔直径对雾化影响比较大,小孔径的雾化效果好;喷油器不同的较小启喷压力(在常用启喷压力范围内)对生物柴油没有很大的影响;生物柴油的雾化效果不如柴油好,直观表现就是索特平均直径较大;油泵转速高,油滴的脉动速度就大,索特平均直径就小。

Abstract:The combustion process of diesel has a direct effect on engine power, economy and emissions. Moreover, theatomization quality of fuel injection is the most important factor affecting combustion process. Therefore, spraycharacteristics of bio-diesel, diesel and the mixture of bio-diesel and diesel were studied in this paper. Spray field ofbio-diesel and mixed fuel in a model cylinder were measured by PDPA (Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer). Test data suchas distribution of velocity, diameter of oil drop and concentration in the spray field were obtained. The results show thatthe diameter of nozzle orifice gives a great impact on atomization beyond the core area of the spray. The smaller theorifice diameter, the better the spray atomization. The injection pressure have little influences on the spray field ofbio-diesel. Compared with fossil diesel fuel, bio-diesel performed worse spray characteristics. SMD (Sauter meandiameter) of bio-diesel is bigger than that of fossil diesel fuel under the same condition. The higher the pump speed is,the smaller the diameter and fluctuation velocity of droplet are.
