| 摘 要： | 探讨羊肚菌子实体不同组织部位、不同消毒方式进行菌种分离,通过7种培养基配方对菌丝生长情况(萌发时间、长满斜面、菌丝长势)的影响,选择出适宜羊肚菌菌丝生长的配方.结果表明:羊肚菌子实体在菌柄处分离易获得菌种,在用0.2%的升汞水溶液浸泡消毒污染率最小,并且筛选出最佳的母种培养基为F、E配方.
