传统优良番茄品种与新番茄品种品质比较

摘    要:从3609份番茄资源中筛选出12份优良的新老番茄品种进行比较试验。结果表明,从栽培方面来讲,整齐度高、抗病性强、商品性好是新番茄品种的优势,但从果实营养成分含量的角度分析,传统优良番茄品种又优于新番茄品种。在种植方面配以适当的栽培措施,可以从口感和风味上提高番茄的品质。

Abstract:12 excellent new and old varieties were selected from 3609 tomato resources to be conducted comparative test.The results indicate that new tomato varieties are better than traditional excellent tomato varieties on its high uniformity,disease resistance,and good commodity character,while traditional excellent tomato varieties are better than new tomato varieties from nutrient content point of view.If adopting appropriate cultivation measures,it can improve the quality of tomato from its taste and flavor.
